Morroccan couscous salad

I’m not a big fan of white bread at all, except for the occasional sourdough chargrilled with a spray of olive oil and topped with homemade bruschetta mix and baby bocconcini-yum! Toss through some cannellini beans and/or tuna for an even better balanced meal 🙂 -
