  • I had all the gorgeous people on the few forums who were always there for me and an amazing support but I still was not loosing weight 🙁 I thought I was pretty educated in the diet dep after living it my whole life.... WOW I was wrong lol !!! Daniella Mancuso has taught me soooo much I never ever knew! Being educated by someone with so much knowledge is amazing and I feel like she is my phycologist too lol she is just a treasure 🙂 xxx

  • Just an update on my getting in the right headspace...I have spent the first week trying to make 'clean food' choices, given up Coke and other sugary drinks...drinking water & loving it, went for a couple of one hour walks....just weighed in and have lost 2.8 kilos!!!!
